*For our Bespoke Picnics services, we deliver and style on-site and wait at the location provided to you until you arrive. We then leave you to relax and enjoy the truly magical and unique experience with your guest(s). You stay at the location for the duration of your reservation until we arrive to disassemble it. Reservation duration is 2 hours unless additional time has been requested or other arrangements have been discussed and approved. All items provided for your picnic are your responsibility and must not be left unattended. If you wish to leave early, we ask that you give us 30 minutes notice (via text/call).

We provide premier chic curated picnics for all occasions. Or just because, simply you don’t need a reason or occasion to be worthy of a celebration! Some common requests are listed below. Sun Served Bespoke Picnics designs and creates around you and your occasion. Reni, Founder and Creative Director, is passionate about creating chic and elegant environments with aesthetics to accommodate your occasion, no matter how unique, how big or how small. All bookings require payment in full at time of booking. For Curate-a-Picnic, upon the Director's discretion there may be an opportunity for a deposit amount to secure date/time - once you place your order and we have reviewed it, we'll send you a pricing proposal based on your customization. Typically we require a $150 non-refundable deposit along with a 50% deposit of your total amount to reserve your booking date and time immediately.

Decor, furniture and styling is provided with all Sun Served Bespoke Picnics packages and services.
Included items vary based on your selection of Bespoke Picnics. Delivery, setup and disassembly included. Additional services available upon request.

We happily provide picnics on the beach, park, hotel/resort/other rental, boat, private residences and commercial establishments. If you have a location in mind which is not listed here, please inquire and we’ll see what can be accommodated.

Yes! We want you to have maximum flexibility! However, the food and beverage delivery service with your picnic is part of an effortless experience. Alternatively, if you choose to BYOFB, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking reservation time and let us style the surroundings.

*A minimal styling fee applies, starting at $25. This fee varies depending on quantity and nature of items being styled. Please inquire for additional details and pricing.

It depends on the location. Most beaches permit alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers. Private residences and commercial establishments may permit alcoholic beverages upon owner discretion. Parks do not permit alcoholic beverages.

*It is your responsibility to abide to local laws, rules and regulations for any venue or public space being used for your picnic occasion. Sun Served Bespoke Picnics takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occurred. It is your discretion to serve alcoholic beverages on your picnic. It is your responsibility financially and legally for violating any state laws, rules and regulations.

Yes! We are always thrilled with engagements, bridal showers, bachelorette, weddings, elopements and other bridal occasions, as well as vowel renewals. Our wedding and bridal occasions follow the same principles and style of our Bespoke Picnics in minimalist chic style, elegance and attention to detail.

A custom gift for all occasions, to suit a theme, person and/or business. Our line of products are unique and hand crafted to fulfill each individual order. We specialize in boutique flower boxes with fresh flowers and preserved roses. Personalization can be affixed to the boxes or an added balloon for elevated statement. We provide a variety of sizes and types to suit all budgets and occasions. We also provide custom gift baskets that are not flower based, such as a welcome basket to a hotel room or vacation rental, a get-well basket with nourishing items, dinner baskets and more. For corporate and other commercial purposes, we can personalize gift boxes and balloons with your logo to represent you and/or your business to the recipients or persons viewing the item in a public display location. You may need one custom gift box or hundreds. You may need hundreds of gift boxes that are the same or individually unique. - Any cancellation or no-show by the client results in a loss of booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under these circumstances.
- A cancelation by Sun Served Bespoke Picnics will result in a credit for rescheduling if due to inclement weather (rain, wind or other) we notify you that the service/product cannot be delivered on the day of your reservation. We typically communicate cancelations the day before or by 10am the day of your reservation. Reschedules are valid for up to 3 months from the original reservation date based on availability.
- On a case by case basis, we may agree to proceed with the service/product as reserved under some forecasted weather conditions. However, you understand that if we advise you that cancelation must take place and you still would like the reservation to take place,  and we cannot arrive and/or in the case of a picnic it needs to end sooner, at our discretion for safety purposes, you are not entitled to a refund nor a partial credit.

*Alternatively, in case of an outdoor picnic setup, the style team can relocate it to an indoor location of your choosing (typically your home, hotel room or rental or venue) the same day and time or your original reservation. Relocation of picnic needs to be advised when you receive notification of cancelation from us.  During raining season specially, we recommend our clients to have a Plan B, specially if the occasion cannot be rescheduled.

*Any perishable items that are included to be delivered with your picnic are non-refundable and deducted from your credit for rescheduling. We are always happy to deliver your purchase(s) so you can still enjoy them. You'll need to reorder any perishable items to be delivered with your picnic for the rescheduling reservation.

Yes! We are PCI compliant and so are the systems we use to process payments.
